Assistant Program Officer (Education)

* Spearhead the implementation of community-level education initiatives, providing guidance and support to head office and field teams. * Architect and oversee the development of diverse education programs, including staff development, project management, and daily activity management. * Design and develop innovative education programs, events, and training materials that drive social services goals. * Conduct regular on-site monitoring and evaluation of sessions, providing feedback and support to ensure successful implementation. * Drive the development of tools and metrics to measure the impact of education activities, including training on learning aids and materials. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets for education projects, manage expenditures, and ensure financial accountability. * Foster strategic partnerships with community organizations, donors, education service providers, and government agencies to advance education initiatives. * Develop and maintain a network of informal learning relationships with other organizations to stay abreast of best practices in education programming. * Create comprehensive reports and presentations to inform senior management about program developments, progress, and outcomes. * Lead the development of scholarship programs that complement and enhance the education program. * Provide support for preparing presentations and documentation for national and international visitors, as well as success stories and case studies. * Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to respond to emergency situations, including natural disasters, anywhere in Bangladesh. * Pursue ongoing professional development through training, meetings, and workshops, sharing new knowledge and insights with the team. * Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor, driving continuous improvement and excellence in education programming.
