Key Responsibilities

• Architect a robust sales strategy aligned with Akij Particle Board Mills Limited's vision, propelling revenue growth and market penetration • Drive high-performance sales teams, providing mentorship and guidance to unlock individual and collective potential • Analyze sales metrics, pinpointing areas for optimization and implementing data-driven solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness • Uncover new business opportunities, venturing into uncharted markets and devising strategies to amplify market share for Akij Particle Board & Doors • Foster lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, dealers, and distributors, ensuring unwavering customer loyalty and satisfaction • Spearhead cross-functional collaborations with internal teams, such as Brand Marketing and Production, to orchestrate a unified approach to business expansion • Develop in-depth knowledge of Akij Board products, including features, applications, and customization options, to inform sales strategies • Embark on extensive travel to engage with dealers, customers, and prospects, generating leads and delivering exceptional customer experiences
