Key Responsibilities
* Drive the implementation of Micro Finance operations at the zone level, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Lead area and branch-level operations, fostering a culture of discipline, compliance, and operational efficiency.
* Achieve and exceed operational targets, including loan disbursement, recovery, savings, and outreach goals.
* Manage and maintain key performance indicators, including OTR ≥ 98% and PAR ≤ 5%, to ensure high performance across branches.
* Oversee the performance of Area Managers, Branch Managers, and Field Officers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and expertise.
* Conduct regular field visits, audits, and monitoring activities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
* Architect and implement a cluster-based geographical model, leveraging digital Micro Finance systems (SISTE) to drive efficiency and growth.
* Foster a culture of zero tolerance for non-compliance, ensuring strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
* Develop and execute strategies to address operational challenges, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall Micro Finance program.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, using insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business expansion.
* Embed a customer-centric approach, ensuring that Micro Finance operations are tailored to meet the evolving needs of customers and communities.
Requirements
Experience
6 to 8 years
Education
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
Additional Requirements
- Strong experience in field operations and branch management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Field-oriented problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Integrity and accountability
- At least 2–3 years in supervisory/management role
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Micro Finance sector
