Area Manager (Micro Finance Programme)

* Drive the implementation of Micro Finance operations at the area level, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of targets * Lead and coordinate branch operations within the assigned area, fostering a culture of discipline and operational efficiency * Achieve and exceed loan disbursement, recovery, savings, and client outreach targets, maintaining exceptional performance metrics * Manage and monitor key performance indicators, including OTR and PAR, to ensure optimal results * Supervise and support Branch Managers and field staff, providing guidance and coaching to enhance their skills and performance * Conduct regular field visits, center visits, and portfolio verification to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement * Architect and implement corrective actions to address operational gaps and ensure prompt resolution of issues * Develop and execute a cluster-based geographical model, leveraging digital Micro Finance systems (SISTE) to drive growth and efficiency * Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring the adoption of digital systems and community empowerment initiatives * Ensure strict compliance with organizational policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals, aligning with the government's development policies and the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
