Key Responsibilities

* Drive the implementation of field-level case management activities, ensuring alignment with the Bangladesh Crisis Response Program's priorities and delivering high-quality services. * Architect training programs and capacity-building initiatives for field-level teams, enhancing their expertise in case management processes and interventions. * Lead regular supervision meetings with caseworkers, ensuring the effectiveness and timeliness of case management processes and providing coaching and guidance as needed. * Manage case follow-up and review, guaranteeing that all cases are handled within established timelines and to the required standards. * Foster strong relationships with community systems, promoting effective referral mechanisms and collaboration with child protection teams, community-based child protection mechanisms, and other stakeholders. * Develop and maintain internal and external referral mechanisms, ensuring seamless case management and follow-up across sectors. * Champion safeguarding compliance, adhering to World Vision's policies, CPSS, and standards, and promoting a culture of child protection and participation. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement case management program interventions, providing coaching and support to ensure successful program delivery. * Facilitate field-level coordination with other sectors, such as education, GBV, site management, and sector/camp coordination, to ensure integrated and effective service delivery. * Drive the development of activity concept notes, review financial reports, and maintain accurate spending records and up-to-date budgets. * Design and implement case management and CPiE implementation plans, ensuring community-level participation and responsiveness to local needs. * Develop and maintain a CP/CM database, contributing to indicator reporting and informing program decision-making. * Integrate child safeguarding into case management activities, working closely with other sectors to promote a culture of protection and participation. * Facilitate donor field visits, ensuring effective communication and relationships between World Vision and communities. * Ensure field-level coordination with other sectors, promoting a cohesive and integrated approach to service delivery.

Education

  • University degree in Social sciences, education, or international law
  • Master’s degree

Additional Requirements

  • Short-term contract: 4 months
  • Working with computer data and data management
  • Past exposure to working in CP/CM coordination or case management
  • Awareness of children’s rights
  • Experience working in a team and collaboration with partners
  • Advanced knowledge of CPMS, CPIMS+ Red Cross, and NGO Code of Conduct
  • Strong interpersonal relationship and team-building background
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, problem-solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Possess the ability to work with different partners, local authorities, local organizations, and NGOs, to develop and maintain positive collaboration and relationships
  • Must be ready to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Familiar with CFSs, Case management, peacebuilding, community engagement, and adolescent engagement
  • Appropriate communication skills and approachable
  • Must have no history of violation of children`s rights
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity, and physical stamina
  • Ability to work in and contribute to the team-building environment
  • Professional Proficiency in English, Bangla and Rohingya
  • Required travel and/or work environment accommodations: Must be able to do multiple tasks and willingness to travel in various locations of BRCR as required
