Key Responsibilities
* Drive the delivery of high-quality case management services for vulnerable populations, ensuring timely and survivor-centered support that meets CPIMS/GBVIMS+ standards.
* Architect comprehensive support systems for survivors, providing safe, confidential, and comprehensive services that adhere to IASC/GBVIMS standards.
* Manage accurate and timely data collection, reporting, and secure management of CP/GBV data, ensuring confidentiality and controlled access to sensitive information.
* Lead the development and implementation of effective CP programs and community structures, aligning with action plans and ensuring compliance with CPiE, GBV, and WVI standards.
* Foster strong coordination and collaboration with partners, service providers, and community structures to ensure seamless support services for survivors.
* Facilitate regular case reviews, updating information to enhance coordination and ensure survivors receive timely, appropriate services through proper referrals and follow-up.
* Implement inter-agency recommendations to enhance case quality, ensuring continuous, coordinated support for survivors from all service providers.
* Conduct safe and risk-minimized home visits, prioritizing the well-being of survivors and staff.
* Champion prevention activities through effective team collaboration, strengthening community support systems and promoting compassionate care for survivors.
* Deliver high-quality psychosocial assessments and group sessions for women, empowering them with essential support and resources.
* Empower volunteers and facilitators with essential skills, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of prevention and response activities in the community.
* Embed World Vision's Core Values through respectful work practices, positive relationships, and active collaboration with key working groups, participating in exposure visits to strengthen learning and expertise.

- Clear Understanding on the issues project has to work on.
- Knowledge on current development and emergence issues.
- Good conceptual and practical skill to write project concept paper and design documents of the project.
- Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting.
- Baseline survey, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools.
- Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs.
- Proven management and leadership ability.
- Good communication and networking skill.
- Chittagong/Rohingya language skills will be taken into consideration.
- Good command in English & Bengali, both written and verbal.
- Decision making and conflict resolution skills.
- Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
