* Drive sales growth and revenue expansion by leveraging technical expertise and building robust customer relationships in the Hybrid Solar Inverter Business. * Spearhead the identification and development of new business opportunities, dealer networks, and strategic partnerships to fuel growth. * Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, channel partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Deliver compelling product presentations and technical demonstrations to showcase product value and capabilities. * Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to conduct site assessments, execute projects, and ensure seamless installation and performance of solutions. * Architect and submit winning techno-commercial proposals and tenders that meet client requirements and exceed expectations. * Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, analyzing business potential, and identifying areas for innovation and improvement. * Ensure timely and efficient delivery, installation, and after-sales support to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Manage and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer databases to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies. * Support and participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and training initiatives to promote products and services and enhance brand visibility. * Lead and drive sales performance to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for EcoFlow, Good We, Solar Products, and Projects, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
