Territory Sales Manager – LPG BAZAR LIMITED

* Drive territory growth through strategic expansion plans, identifying and onboarding new retail partners, and ensuring optimal market coverage * Architect and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets, increase productivity, and boost growth of household and commercial cylinders * Lead high-performing field teams by supervising Territory Officers, setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and providing training on retailer acquisition and relationship management * Foster strong relationships with partner retailers, ensuring proper branding, visibility, and compliance, and resolving issues related to pricing, supply, and service * Manage and optimize retail network operations, including implementing incentive programs, coordinating with logistics teams, and monitoring stock availability * Analyze territory performance, track competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to management to inform business decisions * Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic planning * Collaborate with senior leadership and decision-makers to drive business expansion, market leadership, and growth across multiple districts in Bangladesh * Oversee last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely stock replenishment, preventing shortages, and maintaining smooth operations within the territory
