Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategies that align with YPSA-CPI's vision and national health priorities. * Architect and update project-specific indicators, monitoring frameworks, and evaluation plans to ensure alignment with donor, national, and organizational strategies. * Lead the design and implementation of health information systems, leveraging technology to enhance data-driven decision-making and inform national health strategies. * Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and organizational learning by compiling and disseminating insights across functions and programs. * Provide technical expertise to ensure high-quality documentation, data analysis, and reporting across the organization and partner networks. * Develop and maintain dashboards, strategies, and reports to showcase program achievements and outcomes. * Manage the development and implementation of YPSA-CPI's monitoring and evaluation system, policies, and processes. * Oversee data quality management, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data collection, analysis, and reporting. * Mentor and coach M&E team members to build capacity, optimize productivity, and drive team performance. * Lead the preparation of documents for ethical review, including data collection methods, participant identification, and report drafting. * Monitor and evaluate M&E activities, maintaining records and preparing ad hoc reports for organizational, donor, and regulatory stakeholders. * Provide guidance, technical support, and capacity-building opportunities to M&E officers and teams. * Plan and conduct regular monitoring visits, training sessions, and data quality assessments to ensure M&E system performance and data integrity. * Design and deliver training curricula and handbooks on M&E topics, such as indicator development, data collection, and information systems management. * Supervise team members in implementing M&E activities, ensuring alignment with training curricula, best practices, and organizational standards.

Requirements

Experience

At least 5 years

Education

  • Master of Science (MSc) in Medical/Public Health/Research/WASH Statistics and relevant field

Additional Requirements

  • NGO experience
