Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Cutting (Knit Garments)

* Drive sewing production and cutting supermarket operations to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity. * Lead the sewing sections to ensure uninterrupted line feeding and seamless production flow. * Architect and implement strategies to optimize cut-to-order and max ship processes, exceeding performance targets. * Manage and monitor overall cutting production performance, focusing on daily operations and goal attainment. * Boost quality and productivity by tracking and analyzing cutting First Pass Yield (FPY) and efficiency metrics. * Oversee and control cutting section resources, including materials, equipment, and accessories, to ensure daily operational readiness. * Streamline cutting production to minimize waste and optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. * Ensure accurate and timely communication of technical information to production teams, facilitating smooth implementation of new layouts and changes. * Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures in cutting and cutting supermarket operations, maintaining high standards of discipline and 6S adherence. * Foster a culture of discipline and excellence within the CTG section, aligning with organizational requirements and expectations.
