Key Responsibilities

• Foster lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders through personalized engagement.
• Align sales initiatives with business objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing.
• Develop and deliver precise sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to inform senior management decisions.
• Oversee the seamless implementation of sales processes, policies, and operational standards to ensure efficiency.
• Stay ahead of market trends and customer expectations by gathering feedback and leveraging it to enhance products, services, and sales approaches.
Requirements
Experience
8 to 15 years
Education
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- BSc in Veterinary Science and Animal husbandry
Additional Requirements
- Prior experience in the Agrovet or Animal Health industry is mandatory
