Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the creation and execution of innovative sales strategies to propel business expansion and market dominance. • Accelerate sales growth by driving regional teams to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. • Empower high-performing sales teams through targeted leadership, management, and mentorship. • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. • Uncover new business opportunities by conducting market research, gathering customer insights, and analyzing competitor activity. • Foster lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders through personalized engagement. • Align sales initiatives with business objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing. • Develop and deliver precise sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to inform senior management decisions. • Oversee the seamless implementation of sales processes, policies, and operational standards to ensure efficiency. • Stay ahead of market trends and customer expectations by gathering feedback and leveraging it to enhance products, services, and sales approaches.

Requirements

Experience

8 to 15 years

Education

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
  • BSc in Veterinary Science and Animal husbandry

Additional Requirements

  • Prior experience in the Agrovet or Animal Health industry is mandatory
