Key Responsibilities

* Drive trainee enrollment, assessment, and training completion, with a focus on meeting targets for women and disadvantaged groups. * Architect the selection process for training institutions, conducting capacity assessments to ensure alignment with SICIP's quality training criteria. * Lead regular monitoring visits to partner training institutions to ensure effective implementation of training programs. * Develop and refine course curricula, learning materials, assessment tools, and certification standards to guarantee high-quality training programs. * Foster strong relationships with training institutions to facilitate access to competency standards, learning materials, and other essential training documents and activities. * Manage IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless networking and multimedia support across all training labs and the PIU office. * Install, upgrade, and maintain training software, providing technical support to trainees and PIU staff. * Deliver day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems to ensure uninterrupted program operations. * Collaborate with the Chief Coordinator and SDCMU to execute special projects and tasks that drive program implementation and success.

Requirements

Experience

At least 3 years

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters

  • Working experience in skills development/training Program
