* Drive job placement initiatives to achieve program targets, fostering strong connections with employers to expand opportunities for trainees. * Architect and maintain a robust employer network, leveraging relationships to increase job prospects and placement rates. * Collaborate with training institutes' Job Placement Officers to synchronize efforts, ensuring seamless and effective job placement services. * Develop and implement tailored strategies for job placement support, enhancing the overall employability of program participants. * Design and execute a comprehensive database plan, complete with tools and protocols to track progress and identify areas for improvement. * Analyze and refine data to ensure accuracy, resolving any inconsistencies and optimizing data-driven decision-making. * Lead the organization of job fairs and other recruitment events, bridging the gap between skilled trainees and industry demands. * Manage additional tasks and projects as assigned by senior leadership, contributing to the overall success and implementation of the program.
