Senior Officer, Data Warehouse & Reporting; Microfinance Programme

* Spearhead the development, execution, and operation of Data Warehouse & Reporting sub-unit activities, aligning with approved processes, procedures, and stakeholder expectations. * Architect and manage operational computer systems and solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of MIS and FIS functions, and meeting scheduled reporting deadlines. * Drive data-driven insights by crafting queries in PostgreSQL and SQL Server, leveraging expertise in data management and reporting to inform business decisions. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors to introduce innovative solutions, resolve technical issues, and ensure operational stability. * Champion data security and warehouse development, prioritizing the protection of sensitive information and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. * Lead safeguarding efforts, promoting a safe working environment, and providing guidance and support to team members on safeguarding policies and procedures. * Embed safeguarding principles into every aspect of operations, encouraging a culture of transparency, accountability, and respect, and adhering to reporting procedures in the event of incidents. * Participate in strategic initiatives and projects, contributing technical expertise and operational insights to drive business growth and improvement. * Ensure timely escalation of problems and issues, following established procedures, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges and optimize operations.
