Human Resources Facilitator

* Drive staff excellence by designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that align with InnStar's brand values and service philosophy, covering key areas such as etiquette, communication, and professional conduct. * Spearhead onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for service staff across multiple functions, including security, housekeeping, maintenance, and technical services. * Champion service quality by conducting regular site visits to assess and improve service delivery, providing guidance and coaching to staff as needed to maintain exceptional standards. * Architect a culture of consistency by implementing standardized service practices across all properties, utilizing checklists to monitor key performance indicators such as grooming, punctuality, and communication style. * Foster a uniform service culture by encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing across different teams and locations, promoting a cohesive and exceptional resident experience. * Deliver actionable feedback and coaching to staff and site supervisors, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted training initiatives to address skill gaps and service inconsistencies. * Lead performance recognition and reinforcement initiatives, acknowledging and rewarding staff who demonstrate exceptional service behaviors and embody InnStar's brand values. * Collaborate with operations and site teams to ensure seamless workforce performance, addressing training needs, skill gaps, and service inconsistencies to drive continuous improvement.
