* Spearhead international sourcing and import operations, driving end-to-end commercial activities between Bangladesh and China * Architect and manage LC processes, ensuring seamless import transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements * Lead coordination efforts with key stakeholders, including banks, suppliers, freight forwarders, and C&F agents * Oversee import/export documentation, including PI, CI, PL, BL, LC, and customs papers, to guarantee accuracy and completeness * Foster strong relationships with overseas suppliers, particularly in China, through effective communication and negotiation * Drive timely shipment clearance and monitor schedules to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations * Ensure adherence to Bangladesh import regulations and banking requirements, mitigating potential risks and liabilities * Manage commercial timelines, maintaining precise records of all transactions and providing actionable insights * Support senior management with cost tracking, landed cost calculations, and reporting, informing strategic business decisions
