Officer - Architecture Engineer

* Spearhead the development of comprehensive architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documentation to drive project success * Architect design development from concept to execution, ensuring seamless project progression * Create and manage working drawings, BOQ, and project specifications to meet client needs * Drive material specification and sourcing efforts, leveraging global market knowledge and direct connections with Chinese suppliers * Facilitate procurement by obtaining and reviewing quotations from Chinese suppliers, and communicating client requirements to secure competitive pricing * Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between clients, internal teams, and Chinese suppliers to ensure project deliverables are met * Lead site visits to supervise progress, ensure design integrity, and identify areas for improvement * Manage vendor relationships to guarantee quality, timely delivery, and optimal material utility * Serve as a liaison between site teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to facilitate open communication and issue resolution * Deliver exceptional client-facing communication and execution follow-through to drive customer satisfaction * Contribute to project planning, material selection, and execution strategy to optimize project outcomes * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution, ensuring timely and effective solutions
