Sr. Officer / Asst. Manager, Supply Chain

* Spearhead integrated material planning, sourcing, and supply chain execution to drive production efficiency and Time & Action (T&A) plan alignment * Architect proactive strategies to mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring seamless continuity and on-time delivery * Oversee the timely procurement of critical materials, including yarn, greige fabric, dyes, and chemicals, to support development and bulk production * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Knitting, Dyeing, R&D, Stores, Commercial, and Sales, to ensure unified operations * Manage the sourcing process, from supplier selection and negotiation to performance monitoring and subcontracting oversight * Drive cost savings initiatives while upholding quality, compliance, and supplier performance standards * Ensure data accuracy within the ERP system, enhance reporting visibility, and maintain compliant documentation to meet audit requirements * Streamline inventory management, conduct GAP analyses, and optimize procurement processes to achieve financial efficiency and coordination
