Service Operations Engineer – Yamaha Service

* Spearhead field-level after-sales service operations to drive customer satisfaction, service excellence, and spare parts business growth across the assigned territory. * Architect standardized service operations by conducting regular field visits to dealer workshops, authorized service centers, and retail service points. * Drive dealer service performance through proactive audits, KPI reviews, and corrective action plans to uphold Yamaha's service standards. * Lead customer complaint resolution and critical service case management, ensuring timely and effective solutions to boost customer satisfaction. * Deliver on-site technical expertise, coaching, and training to technicians and service personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge. * Ensure seamless spare parts availability across dealers and propel territory-wise sales targets through strategic planning and execution. * Design and execute service campaigns, customer engagement programs, and retention initiatives to foster loyalty and growth. * Analyze and interpret territory service and spare parts performance data to inform strategic decisions and prepare insightful reports for Head Office. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Service, Spare Parts, Supply Chain, Finance, and Dealer Development, to ensure streamlined operations and achieve shared goals.
