Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the HR, Admin, and Compliance department, driving strategic growth and operational excellence in a high-performance garments factory.
* Architect and implement HR strategies, policies, and plans that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and regulatory compliance.
* Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and development, leveraging performance management tools, career development programs, and market-competitive compensation structures.
* Foster a positive work environment, proactively addressing absenteeism, turnover, and employee stress, while promoting employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
* Lead organizational development initiatives, including Kaizen activities, restructuring, and training programs, to optimize workforce performance and drive business growth.
* Develop and execute strategic frameworks for career planning, talent retention, and workforce optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve Strategic Business Objectives (SBO) and operational targets, presenting HR metrics, MIS reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
* Navigate industrial relations, resolving grievances effectively, and fostering strong relationships with workers and trade unions to maintain a harmonious work environment.
* Oversee daily administration, ensuring efficient payroll processing, attendance management, and leave policies, while maintaining a safe, secure, and well-managed factory facility.
* Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, including BEPZA, Industrial Police, and other authorities, to ensure regulatory compliance and business continuity.
Requirements
Experience
15 to 25 years
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Additional Requirements
- At least 5 years in a leadership role (AGM/DGM/Head of HR level)
- Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, EPZ Labor Law, compliance standards, and factory HR operations
- Proven experience in managing large workforce and multiple HR functions
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
