Junior Staff Nurse - Nursing Services

* Deliver exceptional patient-centered care, ensuring safe and effective nursing practices in a fast-paced outpatient environment. * Lead patient flow management, streamlining the reception process, verifying patient details, and directing them to consultation rooms to minimize wait times. * Drive pre-consultation nursing care by recording vital signs, documenting patient complaints and medical history, and preparing patients for physical examinations and diagnostic procedures. * Collaborate with physicians during consultations, assisting with patient assessments, minor procedures, and maintaining patient dignity, privacy, and comfort. * Administer prescribed medications, observe for adverse reactions, and assist with clinical procedures such as dressing changes, specimen collection, and blood glucose checks. * Manage accurate and up-to-date nursing records, including patient assessments and treatment logs, and ensure seamless coordination with electronic or paper-based health systems. * Champion infection control and hygiene protocols, adhering to hospital guidelines, maintaining equipment and surface cleanliness, and promoting a hygienic OPD environment. * Respond promptly to patient emergencies, providing immediate nursing support, alerting physicians or emergency teams as needed, and reporting incidents, complaints, or unusual observations to relevant authorities. * Foster a culture of teamwork, demonstrating strong communication skills, and upholding the highest standards of nursing professionalism to ensure timely, respectful, and quality care for all patients.
