Key Responsibilities
* Drive institutional excellence by implementing the vision, mission, and Cambridge strategy across all programs, ensuring CAIE compliance and accreditation.
* Architect academic planning, teacher appraisal systems, and training programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Represent the institution in key stakeholder engagements, leveraging relationships to promote growth and development.
* Spearhead parent engagement initiatives, enrollment growth strategies, and institutional development projects to propel the organization forward.
* Oversee the implementation of the English framework, leveraging data-driven interventions to enhance academic outcomes.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive English language improvement strategy, monitoring proficiency levels and promoting English as the primary medium of instruction.
* Design and deliver structured reading, writing, and vocabulary development programs to enhance language skills.
* Conduct regular classroom observations, providing instructional coaching and feedback to teachers.
* Introduce diagnostic assessments and create English-rich environments to support language development.
* Integrate multimedia and co-curricular activities to enhance language skills and foster a love of learning.
* Lead the rollout of CETF, providing teacher training and competency-based assessment to drive instructional excellence.
* Conduct CETF-aligned observations, offering structured feedback and coaching to teachers.
* Develop CPD plans tailored to teacher progression stages, ensuring continuous growth and development.
* Manage performance records, using data to inform HR and development decisions.
* Supervise all Cambridge stages, ensuring curriculum delivery, assessment quality, and seamless academic transitions.
* Analyze examination results, using data to refine curriculum and teaching practices.
* Develop academic calendars aligned with CAIE timelines, overseeing syllabus planning, lesson standards, and workload allocation.
* Conduct regular classroom observations, student assessments, and quality checks to ensure academic excellence.
* Implement remedial and enrichment programs to support students at all levels.
* Manage internal and external examinations, ensuring compliance with CAIE standards and maintaining exam integrity.
* Produce post-exam performance analysis and improvement plans, driving data-informed decision making.
* Lead recruitment, induction, and continuous professional development (CPD) initiatives to attract and retain top teaching talent.
* Implement structured appraisal and feedback systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
