Officer- Executive- Quality Operations (Pharma Business)

• Spearhead quality control testing for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, ensuring precise data recording and analysis. • Drive compliance with GMP regulations through rigorous line clearance, in-process quality checks, and production monitoring. • Champion the maintenance of quality documents, including BMR/BPR, SOPs, logbooks, and other critical records, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness. • Identify and document deviations, out-of-specification results, and non-conformances, and collaborate on corrective action plans to drive resolution. • Architect and support change control, document control, and QMS initiatives, ensuring seamless tracking and closure. • Facilitate internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance readiness, upholding the highest quality standards and promoting a culture of excellence. • Oversee equipment status labeling, cleanliness, and workplace safety, and foster cross-functional collaboration with QA, QC, and Production teams to ensure a cohesive and safe working environment.
