Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the receipt, storage, and distribution of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Finished Products, ensuring seamless compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards. * Architect and maintain accurate inventory management systems, encompassing receipts, issues, transfers, and returns of all materials, to drive data-driven decision-making. * Drive material receiving operations, verifying materials against purchase orders and related documents, and accurately recording them in the Material Receiving Record and Register. * Implement robust segregation, identification, and classification protocols for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products, aligning with GMP requirements and ensuring product integrity. * Manage and update status labels, such as Quarantine, Approved, Rejected, and Returned materials, to maintain transparency and efficiency in warehouse operations. * Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality Control, and Commercial Departments, to address material-related issues and optimize stock conditions. * Champion the adoption of FIFO/FEFO principles, minimizing material wastage and controlling expiry dates to ensure maximum product shelf life. * Conduct regular physical stock audits, reconciling discrepancies with system records and ensuring inventory accuracy. * Develop and submit comprehensive reports, including monthly consumption reports, delivery reports, and daily stock updates, to inform management decision-making. * Design, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with GMP and regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with the Quality Control Department to monitor expiry dates and retest dates of raw materials, generating sampling requests as needed to ensure product quality. * Ensure adherence to Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP), maintaining a compliant and efficient warehouse environment. * Monitor and record warehouse temperature and relative humidity, guaranteeing optimal storage conditions for products. * Analyze inventory and stock reports, providing actionable insights to support management decision-making and drive business growth. * Participate in regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring warehouse compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a culture of transparency and accountability. * Supervise and train warehouse personnel, promoting adherence to operational procedures, safety protocols, and GMP guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, aligning with health and safety regulations and promoting employee well-being. * Oversee routine maintenance of warehouse equipment, reporting operational issues to management and ensuring seamless warehouse operations.
