Key Responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end HR operations, encompassing manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management across two factory units.
* Architect and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines, and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems.
* Develop and deliver consolidated HR MIS reports, providing insights on headcount, attendance, turnover, and productivity to inform strategic decisions.
* Lead performance management processes, including KPI tracking, appraisal reporting, and competency assessments to foster employee growth and development.
* Foster positive employee relations, resolving disciplinary matters and grievances, and ensuring statutory compliance and timely submission of HR-related reports.
* Analyze HR data to optimize workforce planning, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
* Oversee plant administration, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and manage office services, including maintenance, utilities, and asset management.
* Coordinate procurement of administrative supplies and services, supervise vendor performance, and monitor administrative costs to identify efficiency improvements.
* Collaborate with Finance & Accounts to process invoices and payments, and maintain administrative records, contracts, and vendor documentation.
* Ensure audit readiness through proper documentation and liaise with regulatory bodies as required.
* Champion Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance, monitoring workplace safety, and conducting regular inspections and risk assessments to minimize hazards.
* Develop and implement EHS training initiatives, investigate incidents, and coordinate emergency preparedness measures to ensure a safe working environment.
* Maintain EHS documentation and compliance reports, and monitor environmental standards to mitigate risks and ensure sustainability.
* Lead security operations, overseeing access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response planning to safeguard employees, assets, and facilities.
* Manage logistics and transportation, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods, materials, and personnel.
* Drive continuous improvement in safety standards, security protocols, and administrative processes, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Requirements
Experience
6 to 8 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
- MBA/HRM or PGDHRM
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor law compliance
- Experience in plant administration and multi-location factory management
- Basic understanding of accounts coordination and financial processes
- Knowledge of EHS standards and workplace safety practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and MIS reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with decision-making capability
- Ability to manage multiple functions in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment
