Assistant Manager, HR & Compliance

* Spearhead audit management, handling local and international audits with ease, including BW, BSCI, SEDEX, RSC, and SCAN, to ensure seamless compliance. * Drive labour law compliance, audits, and documentation, adhering to Bangladesh regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and standards. * Lead employee relations, managing grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions to foster a positive work environment. * Oversee overall factory operations, integrating HR and compliance activities to ensure efficient execution. * Leverage expertise in Nirapon, RSC, and Better Work to inform strategic compliance decisions and drive policy development. * Collaborate with management to execute compliance functions, developing and implementing strategic policies and procedures for HR and compliance. * Ensure factory premises comply with buyers' code of conduct, coordinating with merchandising, production, QA, and other departments to facilitate buyer visits and audits. * Proactively address employee grievances and stress, implementing measures to improve factory conditions and adhere to buyer compliance instructions. * Foster strong relationships with head office stakeholders, communicating HR and compliance needs and resolving issues promptly. * Develop and maintain effective liaison with various departments to ensure compliance and drive business objectives. * Drive continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to maintain a competitive edge.
