Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead lead generation and prospecting efforts to drive business growth
* Foster strong relationships with clients and prospects through personalized communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring seamless customer engagement and retention
* Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Analyze sales data, identify trends, and create comprehensive reports to inform business decisions
* Leverage specialized software to streamline the sales process, enhance efficiency, and optimize results
* Develop and maintain a robust CRM database, as well as professional networks, to stay ahead of the competition
* Identify emerging market opportunities, potential clients, and new sales avenues to expand the business
* Monitor competitor activity, staying agile and adaptable to stay ahead in the market
* Generate and present periodic reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Drive continuous improvement, embracing new challenges and responsibilities as assigned by management to elevate the sales function
Requirements
Experience
At least 3 years
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
