* Drive production efficiency by leading floor-level management and data analysis to optimize workflow and output. * Architect Standard Minute Values (SMVs) for diverse styles using time studies and General Sewing Data (GSD) methods to accurately determine labor requirements. * Design and balance production lines to ensure seamless workflow, eliminating bottlenecks and streamlining machine and operator layouts. * Spearhead method studies and motion analysis to identify and eliminate non-value-added actions, reducing operator fatigue and boosting productivity. * Manage production capacity planning, setting realistic daily targets and tracking actual achievement to inform data-driven decisions. * Develop and deliver comprehensive production reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly efficiency metrics, Work in Progress (WIP) analysis, and non-productive time (NPT) insights. * Implement Lean techniques, such as 5S and Kaizen, to minimize fabric waste and sewing defects, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
