Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Factories Act, and government regulations to ensure a legally sound work environment. * Architect and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework, including documents, registers, and licenses, to guarantee seamless operations. * Drive audit preparedness by coordinating social, technical, factory, and buyer audits, and implementing corrective actions. * Manage discipline and grievance handling processes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring fair resolutions. * Implement and enforce HR & Admin policies, company rules, and SOPs to foster a culture of accountability and transparency. * Oversee attendance tracking, punctuality, and discipline within the factory/office premises, promoting a productive work environment. * Supervise and optimize security, housekeeping, canteen, and utility services to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. * Monitor office supply usage, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing cost-effective solutions. * Foster strategic partnerships with external agencies, including government offices, insurance providers, and law enforcement agencies. * Develop and distribute regular compliance and administration reports, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making. * Maintain meticulous records of fire drills, safety training, PPE distribution, and staff awareness sessions, ensuring a proactive approach to workplace safety. * Provide audit support, responding to internal and external queries, and maintaining comprehensive evidence files to ensure compliance. * Collaborate with the Safety Committee to promote workplace safety standards, driving a culture of safety and well-being. * Resolve employee concerns in a fair and timely manner, cultivating a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and retention.

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
