* Drive the creation of structured technical documents by analyzing client requirements, business processes, and software workflows, and converting them into clear, actionable content. * Architect and maintain critical documentation, including Software Requirement Specifications, Product Requirement Documents, and detailed breakdowns of user flow, system flow, data flow, and product features. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Development, to clarify project scope, ensure alignment, and facilitate smooth communication. * Translate complex business requirements into concise, technical language, enabling developers to deliver high-quality solutions. * Design and standardize documentation templates across projects, promoting consistency and efficiency. * Lead the review of project scopes, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and minimizing ambiguity before development begins. * Manage a centralized documentation repository, providing a single source of truth for all project documentation. * Support proposal and pre-sales activities by developing compelling documentation that showcases technical capabilities and solutions.
