Key Responsibilities
* Drive media buying and performance marketing initiatives, planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
* Architect and manage budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and funnels to maximize ROI, ROAS, CPA, and conversions, ensuring data-driven decision making.
* Spearhead A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to inform optimization strategies and improve campaign performance.
* Lead social media management across multiple handles, ensuring seamless daily operations, coordinating with content and design teams for organic and paid alignment, and monitoring ad accounts.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad disapprovals, account restrictions, pixel errors, and performance drops, maintaining compliance with platform policies and best practices.
* Develop and manage tracking, analytics, and data infrastructure, including Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics, to ensure accurate event tracking, funnel tracking, and attribution.
* Deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations, informing future campaign optimization and growth strategies.
* Execute and manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy, bidding strategies, and Quality Score optimization, to drive conversions and revenue growth.
* Support and implement SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, technical SEO coordination, keyword research, and content alignment, to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to overall digital growth and performance strategy, testing new tools, formats, audiences, and platforms to drive innovation and growth.
* Manage multiple brands and campaigns in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines to deliver exceptional results.
