COMMERCIAL MANAGER - (EXPORT - IMPORT)

* Spearhead end-to-end export documentation and execution, ensuring seamless shipment and compliance with regulatory requirements * Architect and manage Letter of Credit (LC) operations, including opening, amendment, negotiation, and settlement, to facilitate smooth transactions * Drive efficient processing of Back-to-Back LC, Packing Credit, and Bill Discounting to optimize cash flow * Collaborate with banks to resolve document discrepancies and negotiate terms, minimizing delays and maximizing proceeds realization * Ensure timely repatriation of export proceeds and adherence to regulatory deadlines, maintaining accurate EXP form closure and Bangladesh Bank reporting * Oversee bonded warehouse operations, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with relevant regulations * Liaise with cross-functional teams, including production, merchandising, and logistics, to plan and execute shipments * Coordinate with freight forwarders, C&F agents, and shipping lines to ensure on-time deliveries and maintain shipment schedules * Develop and maintain professional relationships with buyers, banks, and logistics partners through effective communication and issue resolution * Lead commercial teams and optimize workflows to drive business growth and efficiency * Leverage ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or custom ERP) to track inventory movement, ensure statutory compliance, and analyze performance metrics * Manage cash incentives, EDF loans, and bonded warehouse utilization to maximize financial benefits and minimize risks * Ensure compliance with customs regulations, including HS Code classification, duty calculation, and tariff structure, to avoid penalties and delays * Facilitate smooth port operations and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
