Project Engineer

* Spearhead civil engineering projects, driving industrial and factory building construction initiatives forward with strategic oversight and supervision. * Architect design solutions, reviewing and interpreting complex engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with regulatory codes. * Orchestrate on-site construction activities, enforcing adherence to approved plans, quality standards, and specifications, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays. * Drive steel structure projects forward, overseeing fabrication, erection, and quality control processes to guarantee compliance with industry standards and specifications. * Champion quality assurance and control, implementing and enforcing rigorous procedures to ensure constructions meet requisite standards, and conducting regular site inspections to address non-conformities. * Lead site supervision and coordination efforts, directing contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to optimize workflow, safety, and efficiency. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, leveraging expertise to overcome construction challenges and ensure project continuity. * Develop and maintain comprehensive project records, generating regular progress reports, site inspection reports, and other critical documentation. * Foster stakeholder engagement, communicating project progress, technical issues, and potential risks to project managers, clients, and other key stakeholders. * Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff, providing technical expertise and support to enhance skills and knowledge. * Ensure unwavering compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards, prioritizing the well-being of people, planet, and projects.
