Key Responsibilities
* Drive the development of non-clinical training programs that bridge skill gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning, aligning with BSH's strategic objectives and values.
* Architect comprehensive training plans and schedules through systematic Training Needs Assessments, ensuring they address real organizational needs and promote both soft and technical skills.
* Design and deliver engaging, practical training modules and role-specific learning materials that meet the hospital's service standards, and continuously refine them based on participant and stakeholder feedback.
* Manage the implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track participant progress and program effectiveness, ensuring measurable performance improvement and data-driven decision-making.
* Oversee training documentation, including record-keeping, data analysis, and report preparation, to demonstrate impact and support informed decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, trainers, and stakeholders to coordinate training logistics, resources, and schedules, ensuring seamless execution of training activities.
* Contribute to strategic planning and program design, providing expert input on priorities, strategy, and training initiatives that reflect the organization's values, ethics, safety protocols, and safeguarding standards.
* Measure learning outcomes and organizational impact using defined parameters, and identify areas for improvement to drive continuous growth and development.
* Lead the integration of training initiatives with the hospital's overall mission, values, and objectives, promoting a culture of professionalism, accountability, and excellence.

Experience
Minimum 6 years
Skills
Excellent facilitation and presentation skillsStrong curriculum design and instructional design expertiseProficiency in training needs analysis and evaluation methodologiesSolid analytical skillsExcellent communication (English & Bangla), interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsProficient in MS OfficeFamiliar with LMS platforms
Education
- Master's degree in any relevant discipline
- Professional certification/diploma in Training & Development (T&D)/Learning & Development (L&D)
