* Drive sales growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for ready-mix concrete through strategic team leadership and performance optimization. * Spearhead business development by identifying, pursuing, and securing new opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector. * Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, contractors, developers, engineers, and project managers. * Deliver tailored support and solutions by understanding client needs and preferences. * Lead proactive sales efforts through regular site visits, client meetings, and timely follow-up on leads and inquiries. * Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to uncover new growth opportunities. * Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction. * Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and query resolutions. * Architect and execute sales strategies, and adapt to evolving business needs and priorities as assigned by management.
