• Architect and execute proactive maintenance plans for sewing, finishing, and utility equipment to maximize uptime and productivity. • Drive machine reliability by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime. • Lead regular equipment inspections to guarantee optimal functionality and extend machine lifespan. • Manage comprehensive maintenance records, including machine history, service reports, and activity logs, to inform data-driven decisions. • Oversee spare parts and consumables inventory, ensuring timely availability and efficient management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality, to ensure seamless production workflows and minimal disruptions. • Deliver maintenance support for diverse product lines, including knit and woven casual wear, sportswear, and ladies' wear. • Champion safety protocols and adherence to factory maintenance standards, ensuring a secure working environment. • Educate operators and technicians on essential machine maintenance, safety procedures, and best practices to promote a culture of equipment stewardship. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for machine and process enhancements, driving efficiency gains and continuous improvement.
