Backend / Full-Stack Developer (Remote, Full-Time)

* Spearhead the development of innovative apps for the Atlassian Marketplace, leveraging the Forge platform to drive business growth * Architect and own the full development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and post-launch iteration, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement * Design and build custom UI components using React, integrating them with Jira and Confluence for a cohesive user experience * Develop robust backend logic using Node.js and TypeScript, harnessing Forge resolvers and storage to power app functionality * Integrate with Jira and Confluence REST APIs, as well as external services like LLM APIs and webhooks, to create a unified and efficient ecosystem * Drive the maintenance and iteration of live apps, incorporating real-user feedback to inform data-driven decisions and optimize performance * Foster clear and transparent communication, providing regular progress updates, identifying potential blockers, and managing timelines to ensure stakeholder alignment * Lead the technical vision and direction, working independently to execute on product briefs and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision * Collaborate with the founder to align technical execution with product direction, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach to app development and growth * Utilize AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code and Cursor, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity, driving efficiency and innovation in the development process * Manage and optimize database integrations, leveraging SQL and relational databases to inform structured data thinking and drive business insights * Ensure seamless version control and collaborative workflows, using Git to manage branches, pull requests, and code reviews with ease and precision
