Key Responsibilities
* Drive customer engagement through proactive outbound calls to USA and Canada, navigating diverse topics and scripts.
* Deliver personalized support by identifying customer needs, clarifying concerns, and researching issues to provide tailored solutions.
* Architect sales strategies to promote services and products over the phone, aligning with provided guidelines and performance metrics.
* Manage accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions within the call center database.
* Lead by example, meeting and exceeding individual and team targets for both quality and quantity, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Additional Requirements

- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask
- Professional, courteous and know proper phone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team setting
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to relate with a diverse group of people
- Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email etc.
