Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead project implementation at the upazila level, fostering collaborative relationships with government officials, local stakeholders, and joint venture partners to drive programme success. * Architect effective partnerships with the Department of Youth Development, Upazila Youth Development Officer, and Upazila Nirbahi Officer to ensure seamless programme execution. * Drive administrative support and local government engagement as the focal point for the Upazila Project Implementation Committee, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability. * Represent the programme locally, building and maintaining strategic relationships with NGOs, community leaders, and donor teams to amplify impact. * Develop and implement robust monitoring systems to track progress, achieve targets, and drive results for NEET youth mobilization, enrollment, and completion. * Champion transparent financial management, adhering to Value for Money principles and ensuring responsible resource allocation. * Oversee the operations of Village Level Training Centers, engaging with community stakeholders and promoting inclusive participation. * Design and deliver meetings, workshops, and training sessions, maintaining meticulous documentation and records. * Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping, facilitating audits and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Lead the selection of NEET youth, prioritizing inclusivity and diversity, with a focus on marginalized groups and gender parity. * Coach and guide trainers and mobilizers, providing expert support to enhance programme delivery and effectiveness. * Facilitate job placement and self-employment opportunities, leveraging industry connections and financial institution partnerships to drive employment outcomes. * Supervise job placement and apprenticeship components, ensuring successful employment outcomes and programme impact. * Prepare and submit regular progress reports, providing insights and recommendations to inform programme strategy and improvement. * Embed a culture of safeguarding, ensuring the safety and well-being of team members, and promoting a safe working environment. * Promote and endorse safeguarding policies, providing guidance and support to team members, and implementing safeguarding standards in all aspects of programme delivery. * Activate safeguarding reporting procedures in response to incidents, encouraging a culture of transparency and accountability.

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor degree in sociology, social work, anthropology, development studies or other related disciplines
