Upazila Job Placement Officer, EARN (Project Staff)

* Drive trainee employment outcomes by leveraging standardized tools to identify and select top talent. * Architect market research initiatives to pinpoint in-demand trades, validating findings with stakeholders and identifying non-traditional opportunities for female trainees. * Foster strong relationships with employers through regular engagement, surveys, and database management to stay ahead of job market trends and skill demands. * Lead the development of strategic partnerships with employers, facilitating Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) for internship placements and matching trainee profiles with employer requirements. * Design and execute impactful job fairs, expos, and entrepreneurship events that connect trainees with employment opportunities and drive business growth. * Monitor and evaluate placement outcomes through post-placement surveys, using insights to inform training and placement strategies. * Identify and support local mentors who can guide youth entrepreneurs and interns, and assist in preparing profiles for seed financing opportunities. * Champion a culture of safeguarding, ensuring the well-being and safety of team members and promoting a zero-tolerance approach to harm, abuse, and exploitation. * Embed safeguarding policies and standards into every aspect of the program, providing guidance and expertise to colleagues and encouraging a culture of reporting and transparency. * Manage safeguarding incidents with sensitivity and urgency, following established reporting procedures and supporting colleagues in doing the same.
