Upazila Enterprise Development Officer, EARN (Project Staff)

* Spearhead the selection process for Socio Emotional and Behavioural (SEB) and Entrepreneurship Development Training (EDT) programs, ensuring seamless execution and staff development. * Oversee the identification and recruitment of trainees, mentors, and training facilities, aligning with program requirements and objectives. * Drive the matching of qualified trainees with internship opportunities and seed financing, fostering partnerships with nearby factories and the Department of Youth Development (DYD). * Architect and deliver conferences, workshops, and upazila-level meetings, showcasing the successes of youth entrepreneurs and promoting their growth. * Empower young entrepreneurs to develop, manage, and scale their businesses through mentorship, guidance, and support. * Facilitate financial linkage meetings between entrepreneurs and financial service providers, such as banks and microfinance organizations. * Foster mentor-entrepreneur relationships, providing guidance and supervision to ensure effective implementation of business knowledge. * Lead monitoring and reporting efforts, identifying challenges, and developing solutions, while maintaining accurate records and verifying bill vouchers. * Champion safeguarding practices, ensuring a safe working environment for team members, free from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation. * Embed safeguarding policies and standards into all aspects of the program, promoting a culture of safety and respect among team members. * Implement and enforce safeguarding reporting procedures, encouraging transparency and accountability in the event of reportable incidents.
