Community Mobilizer, EARN (Project Staff)

* Lead community outreach efforts to identify and engage NEET youth, focusing on vulnerable populations such as young women and marginalized groups. * Architect and execute door-to-door surveys, community mapping, and awareness sessions to promote vocational training opportunities and drive inclusive economic resilience. * Drive female participation by developing targeted mobilization strategies, ensuring at least 50% representation in training programs. * Manage a comprehensive database of potential trainees, providing updates and insights to inform project decisions. * Facilitate enrollment and documentation processes for selected youth, offering support and guidance to ensure seamless onboarding. * Foster relationships with local leaders, youth groups, and influencers to build trust and promote project objectives. * Oversee the transparent distribution of training materials and stipends, ensuring equity and fairness in all interactions. * Deliver regular field reports, capturing progress, community feedback, and lessons learned to inform project evolution. * Ensure meticulous documentation and data entry for MIS, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all records. * Champion safeguarding practices, prioritizing the safety and well-being of team members, and promoting a culture of respect and protection. * Embed safeguarding policies and standards into all aspects of project implementation, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed. * Activate safeguarding reporting procedures in response to incidents, encouraging a culture of transparency and accountability.
