* Spearhead the daily operations of the Village Level Training Center, driving a culture of excellence and safety to empower NEET youth. * Architect a secure and effective learning environment, ensuring strict adherence to Department of Youth Development and World Bank guidelines. * Lead the implementation of competency-based training programs, monitoring trainer performance and instructional quality to guarantee high standards. * Foster a supportive ecosystem, providing counseling and guidance to reduce dropout rates, particularly among female and marginalized trainees. * Drive community engagement, building trust with parents, local stakeholders, and employers to facilitate job placement and career advancement. * Manage daily attendance, training schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring seamless execution of programs. * Oversee trainee assessments, tracking progress and certification readiness to inform data-driven decision-making. * Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local stakeholders, supporting the selection of eligible NEET youth and promoting economic resilience. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations, maintaining accurate records and proper asset management. * Champion safeguarding practices, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity among team members and trainees. * Implement and enforce safeguarding policies, providing guidance and support to establish a secure working environment. * Facilitate timely and accurate reporting, including operational updates, enrollment data, and MIS entries, to inform project evaluation and improvement. * Cultivate a culture of transparency and accountability, encouraging the reporting of safeguarding incidents and ensuring prompt response and resolution.
