Engineer or Senior Engineer, Central Monitoring Center

* Lead 24/7 monitoring of critical infrastructure, including services, networks, data centers, and security components, to ensure seamless operations. * Drive timely incident notification and escalation processes, ensuring stakeholders are informed and up-to-date. * Deliver first-level support across multiple domains, including services, networks, security, and data center operations, to resolve issues promptly. * Architect and execute thorough testing and quality assurance processes after deployments to guarantee stability and performance. * Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to resolve complex incidents and minimize downtime. * Manage service desk operations within strict SLA guidelines, handling requests, responding to emails, and completing operational tasks efficiently. * Analyze system logs to identify and troubleshoot issues, providing actionable insights to inform resolution strategies. * Communicate planned maintenance schedules and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and minimal disruption. * Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to validate system performance and functionality, driving continuous improvement.
