Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth by analyzing and interpreting sales forecasts from the Marketing Department to inform production planning strategies. * Architect and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly production plans for various production lines and units, ensuring alignment with market demand and sales objectives. * Lead cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Procurement, and other departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials, facilitating the execution of supply plans for finished products. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Warehouse, Production, QC, Microbiology, and QA, to prioritize materials receipt, sampling, approval, manufacturing, analysis, and release, ensuring timely dispatch of finished goods. * Manage and report on the execution status of Supply Chain plans, tracking progress against planned orders and process orders. * Oversee the procurement process, monitoring PR to GR through SAP for direct materials and generating, processing, and archiving RM/PM requisitions to maintain optimal stock levels. * Monitor inventory levels, track daily receiving status, and share information with relevant departments to ensure a smooth supply chain. * Spearhead new product launches, working closely with stakeholders from PMD, SCM, Sourcing and Procurement, R&D, Production, QC, WH, CDC, and VAT departments to meet launch timelines. * Support product development and improvement initiatives by calculating and providing materials from commercial stock, driving business growth through innovation. * Champion marketing campaigns by closely monitoring progress and providing support as needed. * Analyze inventory status, identifying opportunities to minimize blocked, expired, and obsolete stock, and generate reports to inform business decisions. * Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to drive business excellence.

  • Strong PPIC knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • SAP S/4HANA (MM/PP) hands-on experience
  • BOM & MRP understanding
  • RM/PM planning expertise (including import)
  • demand forecasting with supply & inventory optimization
