Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead quality control initiatives across the entire production lifecycle, from initial production to final shipment.
* Architect and oversee high-performing QC teams, driving excellence in knitting, linking, sewing, finishing, and packing processes.
* Drive compliance and audit readiness by effectively managing buyer audits, technical audits, internal quality audits, and regulatory inspections.
* Champion a deep understanding of garment and sweater production processes, ensuring stringent quality standards are upheld at every stage.
* Identify and analyze defects, implementing corrective actions to eliminate recurring quality issues and enhance overall product excellence.
* Develop and execute daily quality control protocols, guaranteeing seamless execution of approved processes on the production floor.
* Monitor and optimize inline, end-line, and final inspections to achieve consistent quality performance and high pass rates.
* Ensure bulk production quality aligns with approved samples, technical specifications, and buyer requirements, driving customer satisfaction.
* Proactively control line quality performance, taking swift corrective and preventive actions to mitigate defects and improve yields.
* Analyze QC data, reports, and trends to inform continuous improvement initiatives and drive quality excellence.
* Maintain meticulous QC data management, reporting systems, and technical documentation to ensure transparency and compliance.
* Facilitate regular quality meetings with production teams to enhance efficiency, reduce rejection rates, and promote a culture of quality.
* Enforce rigorous standards for body measurement accuracy, workmanship, and product appearance, ensuring exceptional finished goods.
* Design and implement quality SOPs, inspection standards, and technical training programs to elevate team capabilities and expertise.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, merchandising, planning, and technical, to ensure seamless shipment readiness and execution.
* Educate QC inspectors and line supervisors on defect prevention, process control, and quality awareness, empowering them to drive quality excellence.
* Develop and apply preventive quality strategies to minimize recurring defects, improve first-pass yields, and optimize production efficiency.
* Ensure shipment approval, technical compliance, and high buyer satisfaction through consistent, high-quality performance and attention to detail.
