Policy Analyst, Advocacy for Social Change

* Drive policy analysis and research, collecting and interpreting data to inform advocacy strategies and support organizational goals. * Architect actionable insights by analyzing the national policy environment, enabling timely and effective policy interventions. * Develop and disseminate evidence-based policy insights, advocacy materials, and communication tools, including policy briefs, reports, and briefing notes. * Lead the planning and coordination of policy dialogues and advocacy events, fostering stakeholder engagement and collaboration. * Identify and capitalize on resource mobilization opportunities, providing strategic support to the Team Lead and Advocacy for Social Change units. * Manage the development of analytical outputs, ensuring data-driven decision-making and strengthening advocacy initiatives. * Foster a culture of safeguarding, ensuring the safety and well-being of team members and promoting a safe working environment. * Champion safeguarding policies and standards, providing guidance and expertise to establish a secure and respectful workplace. * Implement and uphold safeguarding reporting procedures, encouraging transparency and accountability in the event of reportable incidents.
