Key Responsibilities

* Architect and maintain a robust Environmental Management System (EMS) that meets ISO 14001:2015 standards across the facility. * Drive data collection and analysis for HIGG FEM & FDM, ensuring quarterly and yearly self-assessments and verifications are accurate and up-to-date. * Manage chemical inventory, procurement, and consumption using BHIVE & BVE3 systems, ensuring seamless tracking and monitoring. * Lead the development of a comprehensive chemical inventory with proper classification, labeling, and storage, adhering to GHS, RSL/MRSL, and buyer-specific standards. * Oversee the safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, complying with DoE and international regulations. * Monitor and optimize ETP performance, chemical dosing, and key wastewater parameters to ensure environmental sustainability. * Coordinate periodic wastewater testing, ensuring timely uploads to ZDHC Gateway, IPE platform, and buyer portals, and driving compliance with regulatory requirements. * Implement and drive waste reduction, recycling, and sustainable practices across production and utilities, promoting a culture of environmental responsibility. * Track and analyze key sustainability metrics, including water consumption, energy use, GHG emissions, and waste management, to inform reduction targets and strategies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sustainability goals, driving a culture of continuous improvement and environmental stewardship. * Design and promote energy efficiency campaigns, resource conservation, and green practices among staff, fostering a culture of sustainability and social responsibility. * Facilitate annual environmental monitoring reports, EIA & EMP, and support third-party audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. * Ensure regulatory and standards compliance, staying up-to-date with changing environmental regulations and industry standards. * Develop and implement training programs, promoting awareness and stakeholder engagement to drive environmental sustainability and social responsibility. * Manage audit, reporting, and documentation processes, ensuring transparency and accountability in environmental management. * Develop and continuously improve environmental policies, driving a culture of innovation and sustainability across the organization.
