Site Engineer

* Lead on-site construction activities, driving project execution and ensuring timely completion of high-quality work. * Oversee daily operations, verifying that all work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Architect project plans, preparing and reviewing estimates, measurements, and material requirements to inform decision-making. * Drive progress monitoring, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders on project status and performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, workers, and suppliers, to facilitate seamless project delivery. * Champion quality control, conducting site inspections to ensure exceptional workmanship and adherence to standards. * Develop and manage project documentation, including BOQ, quantity take-off, and site reports, to support informed decision-making. * Manage site logistics, inspecting delivered materials and ensuring proper usage to minimize waste and optimize resources. * Foster a safety-first culture, enforcing site rules and company policies to protect people, equipment, and the environment. * Support project planning and scheduling, providing expert input to inform project timelines and resource allocation.
