Key Responsibilities

* Drive data management efforts by collecting, validating, and consolidating student enrollment, registration, performance, retention, and progression data to inform strategic decisions. * Architect accurate and timely statistical and analytical reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data-driven insights that support university goals. * Enable data-informed decision-making across academic and administrative units by providing routine data support, including extraction, summaries, and basic dashboards or reports. * Lead data quality assurance efforts in collaboration with Registry colleagues, identifying and resolving inconsistencies to maintain data integrity. * Manage and maintain well-organized datasets and reporting files, ensuring easy access to current and historical data for stakeholders. * Analyze and interpret survey data, including student and alumni surveys, to provide actionable insights that support university initiatives. * Contribute to university ranking submissions by collecting, verifying, and documenting data, and assist in preparing ranking-related reports and managing web content. * Deliver high-quality results by working towards achieving unit KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis, driving continuous improvement and excellence. * Participate in process improvement initiatives, including basic automation tasks, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Honors Bachelor

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Familiarity with academic records and student information systems
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and general internet use
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse colleagues, stakeholders and collaborate across departments and service areas
  • Demonstrated initiative and creativity in problem-solving and identifying improvements
  • Methodical, detail-oriented, and flexible with a positive approach to change
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and data privacy
